Van Jones understands how Shirley Sherrod feels, for the former Obama Administration “green jobs” taskmaster lost his job too over something he said that partisan pundits pounced upon. While there is one big difference — the context didn’t change the nature of what Jones said — Jones sees much the same dynamic at work in both media circuses.
