Philadelphia's Magic Gardens

philly garden

“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.” Margaret Mead (1901-1978) Anthropologist, Born in Philadelphia

Our mission is to fund thoughtful, committed citizens who can positively transform the City of Philadelphia neighborhood by neighborhood through the use of micro-grants.

The money could be used for:

  • A rain barrel for a Community Garden in South Philly
  • Flashlights for a Town Watch in North Philly
  • Books for a tutoring program in West Philly
We will gather our funding from all over the City and sources ranging from individuals to organizations.
